I have a question about the appeals process. Since the District court ruled against SFOR, can the Appeals court just overturn that and then award damages to SFOR or would they then have to go through a lot more to determine damages and actually get a ruling in their favor? What I am questioning is if the Appeals court can just toss this back to the District court and basically tell them to do their job the right way and give SFOR a fair trial/court proceedings?
