I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the Appeals Court is not well aware of the shenanigans of the 9th Circuit Court of California, and will use these recent rulings to quickly dispatch a reversal of the SA ruling, finding in favor of SFOR, and deciding it is not necessary to take it to trial in the Appeals Court! Win-Win scenario for SFOR, and we can then move on to closing settlements with the remaining cases as well.
Then of course we establish & publish the next list of infringers, which will need to get their checkbooks out! LOL!
