If you own shares and you feel there is no hope for this stock, by all means, do what you have to do. I am trusting the DD and the contracts that are already in place. I trust this Chinese businessman. Many people who he employs are also trusting in him and this company. IMHO, the RS is a mechanism to a higher ground. IMHO, he will not do anything to shame his name in front of his employees, his countrymen and his nation. So far, he has only done what he has needed to do to make it to NASDAQ.

The awesome DD is out there, if you want to search for it. Many of us longs have done so and there is so much out there pointing to this company having relationships with many companies and contracts in the EV space.
