The split news was a bit devastating to my account but I still hold long...I have been involved in many R/S in my early trading career and held...now I get out ASAP and none ended well...all dropped and never recovered this was the first I held thru in years...but my confusion in all this is the .10 price offered to employees...if the R/S sends the price to over $1 dollar..how would any employees get to benefit from the DD that stated they would be able to buy in an the .10 price...what am I missing...is this out pricing the employee that the DD was trying to benefit?...also... timing on the lawsuit settlement and the R/S filing seems to me it was designed to get rid of the free loaders holding shares...thoughts? plus the amount sold/bought friday corresponds closely to that same 54 mil?
