Do you think the SEC was at all thinking about the 60000 shareholders of Treaty?
They are supposed to protect shareholders and the inadvertently tried to wipe us out.
I hope the SEC at least has leniency on the innocent shareholders that had nothing to do with what the complaint TD wrote stated.
Are 6000 shareholders convicted felons? Strange because the phrase was used almost exactly 6000 times in TD 1st draft, I heard the SEC only used the phrase 500 times
