I think the SEC did that when the SEC " in error " gave Treaty the Hard Drive that spells out in detail what the facts are ... lol
Then Dumbass TD psots on the IHUB Board waht was and was not on the Hard Drive. He knows because he fricken wrote the complaint.
This is why there is no decision for the Summary Judgement and no revocation.
I am truly beginning to think the SEC pled with Treaty to pleasd guilty to save face knowing they were caught workign with the Hedge Funds.
Of course it says in the settlement what Treaty pled to but does not mean they will enforce it.
