I think what will separate hjoe is who they are working with spotcoin;who has a trusted platform and are structured to develop on the blockchain cause....they have.(programmers/developers/marketers/legal team etc)Also, they are having their own ico now and will pav the way for Joe to follow and learn from.
many companies can basically create an ico in a matter of days/weeks. I read an article, last week, about how fast someone could make their own coins, website, and whitepaper,etc. I would assume the sec got involved because these companies are just ponzi schemes and are going through non-reputable channels. .....Though, I haven't read your article or who was shut down and why.
