Hopefully Matt is looking closely at the SEC and what they've been doing with companies that are making the switch over to ICOs. They suspended three today who had made such claims. For HJOE to get this right, and I think they will, they've got to have researched all of the variables as well as what the almighty SEC is doing now with OTCs who even mention switching to ICOs, tokens and crypto.
