Anyone here have any insight what is involved in this Detailed Engineering phase? I thought the design and engineering was a precursor to the FEED being complete. We already have seen layouts and rough schematics, along with 3d models. What is this phase about?

I'm just wondering with regard to the financing. If its a requirement for the financing, does it give us any further insight into a time frame?
