I don't think an investor is entitled to interfere with a business's operations, GAINS OR LOSSES!

"Let me be the first to tell you, that this entitled behavior on the part of a shareholder is a business tort and illegal and if Mr. Berman gets pizzed enough he would call in the authorities in addition to civil suits the company, acting on behalf of damaged shareholders, would bring against the entitled shareholder. "

If that's what it is, his emotional state shouldn't matter: he should do that regardless since damages were suffered!
