Re: dejavu #4091
I think any rational person would want to know where the disconnect lies. And irrational people, too.

So in your mind and book, if a shareholder has lost money on a stock or sold the stock and is upset, he is entitled to interfere in the company's business relationship with a contract manufacturer?

Let me be the first to tell you, that this entitled behavior on the part of a shareholder is a business tort and illegal and if Mr. Berman gets pizzed enough he would call in the authorities in addition to civil suits the company, acting on behalf of damaged shareholders, would bring against the entitled shareholder.

I would govern myself accordingly. Minority NOBO shareholders have very few rights, no matter what the malcontents and deviants on iHub tell you. NOBOs do not own the company, and in most cases their broker will proxy their vote on any corporate action directly to the Chairman of the BOD, exactly the person who the entitled shareholder wishes to fire and sue and kill and burn and maim.

But Michael you know all of this.
