So what happened to the Federal court case? and subsequent sealed Decision? This has been a primary motivator for I'm sure a number of shareholders and since the ambiguous, obtuse and vague outcome late 2017 I haven't seen much talk about it.
If one goes back on this and many other message board history threads you will see years of impending decisions that should have affected the stock in a dramatic positive way - I fear now that this thread will be included as one of these innumerable optimistic posts lost in the sands of time.
