I will help you out--
The CUSIP is on hold for the RS---Why??? Perhaps the company is waiting for the financials to offset the negativeness of the RS---and perhaps the RS and the financials will propel the pps to a level for application to either the NYSE or the NASDAQ---
WANG is a smart Chinese "cookie"---IMHO
And just who is buying all these available shares every trading day---well, it ain't Joe Bananas...jmho
