I have more NYSE/NASD & stock mkt experience than probably anyone here!!!
Over my career I have held Chicago Board of Trade Commodities License, NYSE, ASE & NASD license and worked as a Broker and as a Trader in the OTC--back when the Pink Sheet was an actual Pink Sheet mailed to the brokerage office each week!!

We are going to GET either an increase in the A/s or a R/S--why??? because the current A/S can not support convertibility of the Prefereds and the current OS---that total exceeds the current AS---
