First get current on the threat. Please read the recent article titled "Russia Hacking NATO Troops' Smartphones". Then consider bringing this problem to the attention of both your US House Representative and US Senator. Also, make them aware of the potentisl solution, MFA/OOBA anti-keylogger defensive software. Personally, I wrote every member of Congress, yup all 635, about this COMSEC issue. Thank you for supporting the troops!
