You're right. The agreement states ACS will pay SFOR the $9 million by the due date in 2020 & 15% royalties thereafter with SFOR right to continue selling the product. I' m glad we will have that future cash flow! For now, both Alverez Asdociates and ACS are working as our vendors to the Federsl Government. That is a good thing IMHO.
