There are no mandated timelines that are easy to verify online for civil cases. It would be nice to think that the judicial system was not subject to external dealings between the parties, but there is no guarantee of that either. The only obvious thing at present is that J&J needs to unload that business unit as it is holding back their performance as a company in the view of the market and the poor performance is accelerating. That is likely the best motivator in having any of this move quicker.

Unfortunately, there is plenty of room for speculation on all fronts, so take it all in and stay tuned for any documented updates/events.
