Just because your point makes sense for NTEK doen't make it right or make it legal. Besides that it all seems fishy and NTEK needs to stay away from doing something like this. There are lawyers waiting to pursue cases like this. At this point, why would NTEK expose itself to more legal issues??? It is undeniable that people are getting screwed over. If NTEK becomes successful, I can guarantee that somewhere down the line a class action suit will be started against them over this. They have 21 million in funding. Do they really need this or do they want to just regain rights to something they gave away?
