So I just traded some emails with IR.
Thou I don't know what assets were called gaming assets and were returned from NTGL to NTEK; IR did say in response to my pointed question, that the "Math Model" was developed by NTGL and was never an NTEK asset.
So NTGL still has an asset that was described to us as a valuable thing.
The rest of the transaction announced today is an unwinding. I get the impression that we are getting the Casino Kats back. How fast they run or how cuddly they are I don't know.
Maybe the importance of this is that it is an unwinding so we can stop thinking about it.
Except for the part about who is working with the math model to extract its value for the benefit of NTGL shareholders.
