anyone who believes NR *actually reports* factual data on PTOI is *naive* at best
they stopped *factually* reporting .. years back
NR has been upside down on PTOI for years .. it's why RH got no honeymoon
when he infused the first of multiple millions back on 9.30.13 .. instead NR took PTOI from 35c to 10c in 3 months ..
December 2013's 10c would be reset to 6c in Jan 2014
the MO that NR had successfully deployed many times previously on OTC targets (relentless PPS compression) failed where actual P2O investors are concerned
it happens upon occasion
in other words *volume* has decreased YOY since 2013 when P2O was wrested back .. it hasn't increased .. regardless of how low NR has taken PTOI
5 year window is en route .. curious to see the timing of mgmt's next update
tied to the K or the Q or in between (March/May/April)
