I'm glad 4kids is back with analysis. In my opinion the extremely high volumes, accompanied by massive bashing and uproar on various sites, indicated panicked short covering or long position-building (or both, in succession). Then, boom, bashing dries up, and volume goes down to extremely low levels.
In this case I view yesterday's low volume as an indicator that an entity has changed direction, to a bullish stance.
Obviously, I could be wrong.
However we have seen exactly this pattern in the past.
You may recall that back before the mass banning of the Dirty Dozen +1 (and then more) that created the exodus to this board, I was making predictions as to the next day's trading direction with my "secret indicator." That indicator worked stunningly well until one day when "they" figured it out and threw a curve. What was my secret indicator? It was the number and nastiness of the bashing posts, and which identities were participating. One Sunday night the bashing went away entirely, I thought that meant an up day the next day -- but then in the early morning the bashers piled in with a vengeance, and it was a down day.
Took 'em long enough to figure it out though
