Mark's 67/68 years old or thereabout, he's not waiting for a particular share price to sell, he's ready, past ready.
I would guess that he'll sell the SFOR we mostly know, asap (when the litigation gets squared away) and the Blocksafe business will be retained for the remaining employees to manage.
