A perfectly reasonable question! They are buying them with 10% of the profits, if available, then retiring the shares. I think David fully understands shareholder value, cares about it, and realizes bringing down the share count is a huge step out of the silly penny stock world.
I would imagine he is sick of the drama and distraction that takes away from the actual product that NTEK offers.
