Winston, I disagree with you on this.
Steve was not addressing an internal audit. He hired Mazars to perform and distribute Audited Financials through a 10K due on January 31st. I am not an attorney, but see no other spin for the Mazars Audit to be postponed or pushed back. With one week before they are due, Steve is currently well aware if they will be published on time or not.
