Mac one way you can read that tweet of DEC 20 is there's always an
INTERNAL AUDIT when a 10K or Q is released even by a pink
otc as you can see on ONCI profile page even there it says
the FINS are AUDITED.

What we're talking about now is will the OUTSIDE AUDITOR
MAZARs be complete by JAN 31 ? IMO the odds r likely
they won't be but SB will give an update on JAN 31 when
they will be.
