Zadie, how would the insurance companies require it's insurers' use bSafe?

The only way for an insurance company to require consumers use a Distracted Driving App is to put into the insurance policy wording that "policy cover is null and void should it be discovered that in the course of an accident it is determined cell phone, or other electronic device, was being utilized."

In that event, the lawsuits would be flying!!!

Insurance companies don't sell products like this nor will they dictate which Distracted Driving App. someone may or may not use.
