In my opinion , SB should focus on bigger contracts (F, BMW, etc..) that we have been talking about and get them inked. The smaller contract should be leave to middle management to pursue the deal and finalized by SB. In addition, he needs to come up with organization structure and who is who. I still don't know about other divisions and their performance.
