That's an easy one. NTEK SH's voted and approved both the BB and the reduction of the A/S via the proxy. This was spelled out in proposal #3. Its as simple as that and now official.
Any R/S talk as even a remote possibility should cease at once. The A/S reduction will be reflected within the next quarterly filings.
