Was it ever stated how the company planned to reduce authorized shares from 499,000,000 to 250,000,000? Are they buying on the open market and retiring shares? No dilution really wouldnt rule out a r/s as much as I hate even bringing it up.

Hopefully the plan of attack was stated and someone can fill me in on how exactly they plan to do this.
