Seems like the turn occurred last weeek...More like pennyland is ready to jusy do its thing and that is .....doing whatever it wants....pennyland has no rules  but we are trying to create the scenario for big operating companies.....

That will come...Teco is  or has learned some hard lessons and just maybe...maybe if they can get their act together....we will all benefit and see TECO on the NASDAQ board one day...
