Whats driving the PPS? A few longs? 830K buy vol with 2261k sell vol.  Good news but artificial IMO.  Then again any movement we've seen taking the PPS below .05/share has also been artificial.  Fundmentals are not at play here and the PPS hasn't made any "penny stock" sense since .05.  When I see movement like the last three green trading days I start to think that a proven 200 BPD could take the PPS to $1 just on a short squeeze and MOMO.  Earnings per share will have nothing to do with it and neither will financials.  Anything can happen and all we need is oil.
