My contention has always been just because it's a big problem elsewhere doesn't mean it must be happening in IPIX. There're thousands of OTC stocks to choose from. Those with little or no daily volume are much easier to manipulate.

Back to my point. Since the SEC was able to charge those people, they must had solid evidence. That means the criminals weren't able to hide the naked shorting positions, no matter how much time they had. With Michael Sullivan's connection to the SEC, you don't think Leo asked him to find those evidence so he can get some payback?
