That is probably the worst broker to use, Used them A LONG time ago and they kill you with fees. I use Fidelity 4.95 flat charge no other fees...before last year you could buy ANYTHING but since then they have put some restrictions on non-reporting otc tickers. I Think Etrade is most lenient on OTC tickers not 100% sure though.
