Off Topic: Use Capital One, on penny stocks there is a Low-Security service Fee on top of the broker trade Fee, it's like .0007 per share price, on Buy and Sells.

Does anyone else pay this Fee, is this Standard, I'm thinkin i gotta swicth Brokers, shit will kill ya, any info will help, THX!
