Originally, he was only going to raise it to 2BN. Evidently a new opportunity has come along in which he will need to put 5BN to use.

One thing for sure, he is definitively fast tracking the expansion of HIS company. Let's hope the public shareholder doesn't continue to become cannon fodder in the process.
