Company news was released today. Since Gurba controls the voting rights, there won't even be a shareholder's meeting- done deal. Should be cleared in time for the Mid Feb quarterly report. However, no one has said when the shares will be issued, over what time span, or how. Its entirely up to Gurba. Lets hope he does this smartly.
