Intangible asset overvalued in ARCI books.
ARCI paid a fortune for a patent application, not even an obtained patent ! And the patent application might be obsolete by now.
Live venture management have 0 experience in telecom which is what Geotraq is all about.
In addition, this patent application was supposed to be owned by GTRQ ( now Gotraq) but instead was bought by ARCI from Geotraq, Sullivan private company.
Realistic corrected ratios, as calculated by lenders I presume, probably led to the recall of credit margins, IMO
Nothing good here for GTRQ shareholders I’m afraid.,
