however some of the insiders at ARCI are also insiders of live
who have experience with technology and web sales if you look at livedeal.com it is a nice sight that is one of many subsidiary's of live ventures
the nature of live is buying companies that are profitable and have established management that wants to stay and grow, my guess is that they are not far off track here with geotraq and will help fund their growth.
I have also seen the supposed breach of contract, after which arci raised 6.5 or so million with the sale of their retail stores to live. My guess is that the debt gets paid off or settled in an amicable way as they have far more cash than debt and depending on how you look at it (non diluted) ARCI is trading for less than cash now.
