We have 178,000,000++ Issued and Outstanding.
What if 250,000,000 shares are voted?? And we become aware of that number??
Also - I'm going to go out on a limb with a Caveat Emptor theory:
Since this is war and this is really the first opportunity for NTEK to start it's long climb back up the hill: The opposition is going to try everything.
I'm going to theorize that the complaint is against You and I here at IH. We are the people to be complained against. We are the ones talking up what others with more power will say is an obviously failing company. Possibly even more specific - That David Foley who has been posting truth on IH to fight lies is the one person in greatest violation....
..Consider the fact that we are two weeks away from electing a new BOD and David is a candidate for our future.
