IMO the action by OTC was taken at the behest of those who are short. I have no doubt they are very concerned as they stand to lose millions of dollars stolen from both investors and the company via selling non existent shares.. The proxy and all it portends as well as the company developing concrete evidence of the selling of non existent shares caused this action. It is more important than ever before that shareholders complete and return the proxy to the company proving how many shares they own.. Hopefully the company has also ordered a NOBO and OBO list and has a good securities attorney with SEC experience on board. Evil forces want NTEK to fail and a win for them would be to bankrupt NTEK.
