So says someone who knows........... nothing.
Obama was up earlier, working later, playing less golf and tweeting far less, far less stupidly, than the truly lazy buffoon currently pretending to 'play' a POTUS.
Also Obama was so clearly able to speak more intelligently, coherently and eloquently off prompter than President Dufus it's laughable to argue otherwise
There is simply NO objective measure that would contradict the above.
