Jersey, your logic is, to put it mildly, a stretch. If Sessions wanted clarification, he would seek clarification. Instead he's muddied the waters. He's never made a secret of his hostility to pot. Saying he's seeking clarification is like saying a stripper strips to inspire great conversations.
