Look at it from Sessions point of view. There is a law that says POT is illegal. Drug lords smuggle it into this country and people are killed. Sessions was charged to address this criminal problem. Now the States find a positive future for POT and it is said it can counter many medical problems and also provide tax revenue to States that need budget help. The answer is a law that spells out what the justice Dept should do to address this problem. Don't come down on Sessions because he wants clarification on how to handle this growing problem.
