You really have to wonder if R&G had a sidebar with the judge prior to his final judgement. Otherwise, why do you think he changed the wording? I doubt he realized on his own that he had incorrectly stated it. So, if R&G did step in and give him a little nudge to modify the ruling, then they might have done that so they can move along with the other cases.

Regardless, I am just looking forward to the appeal being filed or even pacer updates for the other cases that would show movement rather than being on hold. Unfortunately, I Don't have high hopes that will be what happens. Now that that the holidays are over and most people have been back to work with full staffs, maybe we will start seeing movement by next week?
