Good recap. Just FYI though New to the Street does a lot of sub-penny tickers all the time so I don't think that would be a hindrance or scare off folks. It would be a new outlet to attract new investors.
My thoughts is it was delayed because we WANT to have $$ in the bank and GREAT news ready to go when he is on the show. I think we are on the same page tho! Go SFOR.
