AMBS re-acquiring the assets back in addition to retaining 30 mil shares of AVDX in exchange for 1 mil AMBS shares gives them better opportunities either to sell it to someone else or attract new institutional investors.
Then Avant's 1 million AMBS shares are worth now $131.500.
To give all 3 assets back to AMBS for that amount would insinuate that Avant expects the 1 million AMBS shares to grow A LOT or else they wouldn't do such a move.
So we are going much higher boys & girls!
