Also, to Mr. Kay, as I understand you occasionally read this board ...
I believe it would be beneficial for the company to put out an official PR stating the facts about the lawsuits at this time and date.

I say fight back if you believe in the patents. Battle was lost, but not the war. I for one, would especially appreciate information from the source at this time. Please show that you are not our of the fight.
