"What's new" Here's my WAG, an ACS order. Congress must reach agreement by 1/15/18 or automatic budget cuts kick in. Nobody wants that or a Government shutdown. Once the POTUS signs the FY '18 budget into law funds are available to DOD for defensive software & everything else it needs.
