Glad you brought up discussion of legal action, rest assured "quitting" would not be the reason for the action as there are many other more pressing and compelling reasons for the action.
I learned a long time ago that only bullies threaten litigation. What is the use of threatening? If you plan to sue the company, like a big self-entitled baby, go right ahead. I am certain they are insured.
Oh by the way, losing money on a stock is not a good reason to sue. In fact an even lousier reason than the CEO quitting. Again, since it is clear that you and zeynoc know better, why don't the two of you take over the company. I know running a public company is probably beneath you, but you do seem to have all of the answers.
