Glad you brought up discussion of legal action, rest assured "quitting" would not be the reason for the action as there are many other more pressing and compelling reasons for the action.
Pluto, as year end approaches.....don't you have any insights into examples of increased sales, executed big box partnerships with deep pockets, courtroom watcher predictions, settlement, etc?
